Delete your Sukr account

Sukr helps you cut back on sugar, without shame. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, in two ways.

Option 1: From the app (instant, recommended)

1. Open the Sukr app and go to your Profile.
2. Choose "Delete my account."
3. Confirm: your account and data are erased immediately and permanently from our servers.

Option 2: By email (if you no longer have access to the app)

Email us at contact@stopsukr.com with the subject "Account deletion", from the email address linked to your account. We handle the request within 30 days at most.

What gets deleted

Deletion permanently erases from our servers (hosted in the European Union):

• your account identifier and sign-in information (email, if any);
• your profile derived from onboarding (score, markers);
• your synced progress: streak, daily check-ins, cravings journal;
• your support circle: nickname, status, encouragements exchanged;
• your notification token, if any.

The raw questionnaire answers and journal that stay on your device are erased when you uninstall the app.

Partial deletion (without closing your account)

You can also erase your progress and circle from our servers while keeping your account, from the app: Profile → Delete my data.

Retention

No data is kept after deletion, except what a legal obligation would exceptionally require. For any question, email us at contact@stopsukr.com.
